• The message you send us
• IP address and timestamp — for spam prevention
• CV files (if you apply for a job) — stored for 12 months then deleted

Why we collect it

We process this data to respond to enquiries and deliver the services you request. Legal basis: consent and legitimate business interest.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries without further booking: deleted within 12 months
• Active clients: as long as the contract runs + statutory bookkeeping period (5 years)
• Job applications: 12 months, then auto-deleted

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing post@rimonrenhold.no. You can also file a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority).
